The milligrams are for the whole fill
On a cartridge or a liquid the cannabidiol is printed for the whole volume: 500 mg in 10 ml of liquid. The number for comparison is milligrams per millilitre — 500 mg in 10 ml and 500 mg in 30 ml are not the same thing, however similar the label looks.
What the liquid is made of
Besides the extract there is a carrier — usually propylene glycol and vegetable glycerine — and terpenes for taste. A dropper oil is not a vape liquid and does not go into a cartridge: its carrier is a different thing entirely.

Can dropper oil go in a cartridge?
No. The carrier in an oil is a vegetable oil, while a vape liquid is based on propylene glycol and vegetable glycerine. The two do not substitute for each other: oil does not vaporise like a liquid and clogs the coil. For vaping, buy a liquid or a ready cartridge.
Is there THC in the liquid?
With broad spectrum and isolate, no. With full spectrum there are traces below the legal limit. The spectrum is printed on the page, and the batch report lists what was found.
