You choose the delivery method at checkout. Prices are the same across the country.

Where we deliver
Anywhere in Bulgaria. Econt runs over 550 offices, including in smaller towns; Speedy has over 1,200 offices and lockers; BOX NOW has around 800 lockers in over 160 towns, open around the clock.
If there is no office or locker nearby, choose delivery to an address. A parcel in a locker waits for you for 48 hours; the code to open it comes by SMS.
When your parcel arrives
Usually within 1–2 working days of handing the parcel to the courier. Orders placed on a working day are handed over the same or the next working day; orders placed on a weekend or public holiday go out on the first working day.
When the parcel ships you receive its tracking number by email and can follow it on the courier’s site.
If, exceptionally, we cannot deliver within this time we will let you know and agree a new date. In any case we deliver no later than 30 days from the order, as the Consumer Protection Act requires.
Payment methods
- Cash on delivery — pay on receipt: in cash or by card to the courier and at Econt and Speedy offices. BOX NOW lockers take no cash: you receive a link to pay by card before collecting the parcel.
- Bank transfer — we ship the order once the transfer reaches our account.
- Online card payment, Apple Pay and Google Pay — coming soon.
Bank details will be published here once the company is registered. Until then we recommend cash on delivery.
On receipt
Inspect the parcel when you receive it. If the packaging is damaged or the contents do not match your order, write to [EMAIL] — we will replace the product or refund you.
You may withdraw from the order within 14 days without giving a reason — the conditions and steps are on the Returns page.

How much is delivery?
The price depends on the delivery method and is in the table above: a BOX NOW locker is the cheapest, a courier to your address the dearest. Orders over €50 ship free whichever method you choose. You see the exact amount in your cart before you confirm the order.
When will I get my order?
Usually within 1–2 working days of handing the parcel to the courier. Orders placed on a working day are handed over the same or the next working day; orders placed on a day off go out on the first working day. As soon as the parcel leaves you receive a tracking number by email.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes — cash on delivery: in cash or by card to the courier and at Econt and Speedy offices. For a BOX NOW locker you pay by card through a link you receive before collecting the parcel. You can also pay in advance by bank transfer; online card payment is coming soon.
What if the parcel arrives damaged?
Inspect the parcel when you receive it. If the packaging is damaged or the contents do not match your order, write to us from the Contacts page — we will replace the product or refund you. Separately, you have 14 days to withdraw from the order without giving a reason; the steps are on the Returns page.
